Rocky Mountain Bridal Session

I think it’s high time I shared about this Rocky Mountain bridal session! This shoot was so much fun and my beautiful cousin, Allison, was the perfect model for it! She put up with Grant and me for two entire hours of photo-taking as I excitedly jumped around because it was all just so gorgeous! I’m sure we were a sight. 😉

When we made plans to spend a weekend in Colorado, I knew I wanted to do a styled shoot somewhere in the mountains. After contacting a florist and bridal boutique, plans slowly started to come together. Allison graciously agreed to be our model for the shoot and she was phenomenal! I truly think if we hadn’t been running out of light, I would’ve tried to convince her to do more photos despite the fact that we had already been out there for two hours. It was just so much fun!

Not only was our model stunning, but Lost Gulch Overlook in Boulder did not disappoint with its incredible views! It was cloudy at first, but at the end it had cleared out and we had such gorgeous glow that I was leaping from rock to rock to try and take advantage of it as much as possible. By the time we were finishing up we had drawn quite a crowd of curious onlookers. But can you blame them really? Allison was a knockout and these photos don’t even begin to capture her beauty and this scenery! Now to just get her married for real, so we can go back and do it all again!

If anyone wants a Rocky Mountain bridal session, engagement session, or wedding, please let me know because we are all in on that!! We did not want to leave Colorado at all and we can’t wait to go back and photograph there again!
