Jack & Abby | Forest Park Engagement

Sunrise in Forest Park never seems to disappoint! Even though we were greeted by thick fog and overcast skies on the morning of our session, when we saw Jack and Abby walking up to us, Grant and I knew it would be a beautiful engagement shoot! A light mist started falling as we began the first few shots with Jack and Abby. Fog had also filled the Grand Basin, but no one seemed to care. Abby was perfectly content as long as she was in Jack’s arms, and Jack was more than happy to wrap those arms around her, holding her tight and keeping her warm. After about thirty minutes of mist, the last drops fell, the fog started to lift, Jack and Abby were still wrapped up in each others arms, and the shots that followed were everything one could hope for.

Jack and Abby have known each other for years. In fact, their family has attended the same church for quite some time. But it wasn’t till they were in the same youth group that their love for each other blossomed. They’ve been together for the past 4 years and are more than a little excited to start their marriage in November of 2020. Jack is currently finishing his MBA in Alabama while Abby works as nurse at Missouri Baptist in St. Louis.

Jack and Abby, we are so excited about your wedding next year! You both are seriously the sweetest, and we loved our time with you at Forest Park. Next year can’t get here soon enough! We hope you enjoy your engagement session preview!
