Stringed instruments of The Rosewood Ensemble fill the top floor of the beautiful 612 North Event Center with their rich music. Light floods through the large pane windows as guests are treated with views of the Mississippi River and the towering Gateway Arch. Abbey stands arm in arm with her father. The guests rise as he kisses her cheek and they start their walk down the aisle. The music fades down to whisper as Abbey’s father places her hand into Graham’s. It was a beautiful journey that led Graham and Abbey to this exact moment. There was, of course, a first date, a first kiss, thousands of calls and texts, but what stood out to me the most was the laughter these two shared. Truly two of the happiest and funniest people we have ever had the pleasure of spending a wedding with.
Graham and Abbey have been together for 6 years, and they are one of the sweetest couples you’ll ever meet. In a world where weddings are focused on the couple (as it should be!), these two chose to think of someone else. Abbey is a NICU nurse and they decided instead of doing wedding favors, they would make a donation in every guest’s name to the Neuromuscular Foundation in honor of a patient that she cared for. We love the heart these two have for others!
Graham & Abbey, we wish you the very best in your new life together! We loved being a part of your wedding, but even more, we loved just getting to know the two of you and your heart for others! We can’t wait to see the great things you do in the future and we look forward to following along! And Abbey, I’ll take a mint the next time we’re together. 😉 We love you both and hope you enjoy your preview!
